Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://pvhemanthkumar.in (the "Website") and your registration for any workshop, webinar or bootcamp (each a "Session") conducted by Hemanth Kumar P V, an individual based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for a Session or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We conduct live, online educational Sessions on technology, artificial intelligence, product building and entrepreneurship. Session details — title, format, duration, price and what is included — are listed on the Workshops & Webinars page. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to register and pay. You agree that the information you provide during registration (name, email, phone number) is accurate and complete.
3. Registration and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final amount payable unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or wallets. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your seat is confirmed only after the payment is successful. A confirmation is sent to the email address you provide.
- We may change prices for future Sessions at any time. A price change never affects a payment already made.
4. Session access
- Joining links and schedule details are sent by email (and/or WhatsApp/SMS to the number you provide) as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Your registration is personal. Joining links must not be shared, resold or forwarded.
- You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a compatible device. Missing a Session, joining late or technical issues on your side do not entitle you to a refund.
5. Cancellations and refunds
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where we cancel a Session or a payment error occurs. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Changes to a Session
We may change the date, time, platform or speaker of a Session for reasons beyond our control. If we do, we will inform you in advance by email. If a Session is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Code of conduct
Participants must behave respectfully. We may remove anyone who disrupts a Session, harasses others, or shares offensive or unlawful content, without a refund.
8. Intellectual property
All Session content — slides, recordings, worksheets, templates and other materials — belongs to Hemanth Kumar P V and is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not record, copy, redistribute or sell any of it without our written permission.
9. Certificates
Where a certificate of participation is included, it is issued only to participants who attend the Session. It is not an accredited academic qualification.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Sessions are educational. We do not guarantee any particular result, job, income or business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Session is limited to the amount you paid for that Session.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to every registration made while it is published.
