Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective date: 17 October 2026

1. No physical shipping

Hemanth Kumar P V provides only online services — live workshops, webinars and bootcamps. No physical product is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

2. How you receive your Session

Immediately after payment: you see a confirmation on screen with your Payment ID.
Within 24 hours of payment: you receive a confirmation email with the Session date, time (IST) and joining instructions.
Before the Session: the live joining link (Google Meet / Zoom) is sent by email, and a reminder is sent about 1 hour before it starts.
After the Session: any materials, slides or certificates included with the Session are sent by email within 7 days.

All messages go to the email address (and, where applicable, the phone number) you enter while paying, so please check them carefully.

3. Didn't receive your details?

Check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still haven't received the confirmation within 24 hours of payment, or the joining link 1 hour before the Session, contact us at hemanth@pvgroups.com or +91 91102 89968 with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will resend it.

4. Service area

Sessions are delivered online and can be joined from anywhere. Payments are accepted in INR.
